Really amazing game for the time and would maybe be worth a visit if you really care to see the progression that the developers had between MoH, CoD 1, CoD 2, and CoD 4. CoD 1 made a huge leap from MoH, CoD 2 is where I think the game starts to feel somewhat more modern, but CoD 4 feels more or less like the type of shooters that we have today.
